How analytics consent works
Analytics is off by default. GA4 does not load before you accept, and rejecting analytics does not load GA4 or send analytics data to Google.
Selecting ACCEPT ANALYTICS allows Google Analytics to load and the two GA cookies listed above to be created. Advertising-related consent remains denied. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled.
The website remains usable when analytics is rejected. You can change your analytics choice later using Cookie settings in the Footer.
Consent-preference storage
sow-analytics-consent-v1 is browser localStorage used solely to remember your analytics choice.
It is not used to identify you for analytics, advertising or profiling, and it is not an analytics cookie.
Hosting and necessary technologies
The website is hosted on Bluehost. Hosting, network or security infrastructure may use technical storage or processing where necessary to deliver and protect the website.
Such infrastructure is separate from Soul of Waves' optional GA4 analytics.
External links
The site links to Spotify, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. Those links do not require those services to be embedded into this website.
If you follow an external link, the destination service may use its own cookies or similar technologies according to its own policies.
Changing your analytics choice
Select Cookie settings in the Footer at any time.
If you withdraw consent, Soul of Waves stops future analytics measurement, removes the known GA4 cookies used by this site where possible, and prevents GA4 from being initialized on subsequent page loads unless analytics is accepted again.
